2. Description
The Monetum Newsletter is an electronic newsletter used to send subscribers information such as news alerts on important ICO developments.
In order to receive the Monetum Newsletter, users must subscribe on a dedicated subscription page. All personal data is stored in the Newsroom application.
The mandatory personal data (subscriber's email address) is needed to ensure the delivery of the service to the subscriber, as the Monetum Newsletter is sent by e-mail. The optional personal data (first name and last name,) is useful to the Company for statistical purposes and for better targeting the content of the Newsletter.
4. Automated / Manual operations
Manual operations: Users register to the Monetum Newsletter by inserting their email address via the on-line registration form on the dedicated Monetum Newsletter subscription page.
Users can access, create, modify or delete their personal data in Newsroom by using the following contact information: email@email.com

All personal data is securely stored on a secured third party servers.

Subscription to the Monetum Newsletter.
7. Legal basis / Lawfulness
As the data subject has given unambiguously his or her consent, the processing is lawful for the indicated purpose according to Article 5(d) of Regulation (EC) 45/2001.

All Monetum Newsletter subscribers who register via the on-line registration form on the dedicated Monetum Newsletter subscription page.

Mandatory personal data: Email address.
Optional personal data: first name and last name.
The mandatory personal data is needed to ensure the delivery of the service to the subscriber, as the Monetum Newsletter is sent by e-mail. The optional personal data is useful to the Company for statistical purposes and for better targeting the content of the Newsletter.
9. Use of cookies
The Company uses session "cookies" in order to ensure communication between the client and the server. Therefore, your browser must be configured to accept "cookies". However, it does not collect any personal or confidential information of any kind, nor any IP address from your computer. The cookies file is removed when the browsing sessions ends.
10. Retention
Personal data will remain stored in the Newsroom application until the user decides to remove his account.
Users can remove their account by accessing their user profile which is accessible via the link at the end of each newsletter issue.
11. Time limit
The data controller will react within fifteen days from the day he/she receives the correspondence.
12. Recipients
The recipients of the data is Fenice Holding SA for the purpose of sending the Monetum Newsletter.
13. Transfer
No personal data will be transferred outside the EU, EEA or EFTA
